Position Summary | The Applications Specialist supports the university’s cloud-based research administration application. The position requires working expertly with functional users, responding to support requests, making system configuration changes while developing and following change management best practices, creating and maintaining training resources, and assisting with the evaluation of product enhancements to support the business processes of the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Compliance in a multi-campus, multi-tiered environment. The Applications Specialist develops strong relationships with stakeholders including users and IT staff and ensures that faculty and staff can effectively use the research administration application.
