Position Summary
This position serves as a significant support for the Student Disabilities Center’s Alternative Testing Center. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
10 – 40 hours per week; w/attendance of mandatory trainings.
Proctoring all accommodated exams at the Alternative Testing Center
Checking in students arriving for their accommodated exams.
Explaining procedures
Providing allowable items
Document exam activity
Report misconduct to Alternative Testing Coordinator
Check students out once the exam is complete
Scan and file returned exam coversheets into Clockwork database for reference.
Logging exam location and any pertinent information.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma Associate’s Degree
Attention to Detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience working with people with disabilities in an education setting.
Experience with managing conflict/resolving crisis.

· Reader and/or scribe a student’s exam if they have a reader/scribe accommodation.

· Ensure equipment in Alternative Testing Center is working and if it is not reporting to Alternative Testing Coordinator
· Other duties as assigned.
