The UW Tacoma School of Social Work and Criminal Justice (SSWCJ) currently serves 320 graduate and undergraduate students, offering a Master of Social Work degree and a bachelor of arts in social welfare and a bachelor of arts in criminal justice. In addition, the SSWCJ offers an online degree completion option in criminal justice and is the only fully online major campus-wide. With a shared commitment to student success and an affirmation of the social justice values that sit at the core of the school’s mission, our faculty and staff are looking forward to developing future partnerships and expanding our school’s presence to align with the needs of the greater community. 

The SSWCJ has an outstanding opportunity for an Admissions Manager and Recruiter. This individual will exercise a high level of independent judgment and act as a senior staff to manage admissions and provide recruitment and communication functions for the undergraduate and graduate programs within SSWCJ. In partnership with key school and campus team members, this individual will develop an annual recruitment and communication plan, coordinate and provide successful recruitment and outreach activities, manage annual admissions cycles, and develop comprehensive school and degree-program marketing and communications.
