Do you like to solve problems and think creatively? As an Administrative Coordinator V, you will work under general supervision and provides highly advanced administrative support.

This position is located in College Station, TX. Remote/Work from alternate location is not available at this time.

Opportunities to contribute:

  • Provides administrative support to various managers and supervisors.

  • Assists shop supervisor in compiling materials for shop meetings and distributes meeting notes to shop personnel.

  • Performs data management activities including data collection, compilation, verifying records and composing reports that are reoccurring as well as special project analyses.

  • Makes recommendations based on information to supervisor for process improvement.

  • You will provide excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills in every aspect of your job.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Five years of experience in general office or clerical work.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • Must have a valid Texas Class “C” Driver’s License or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Other things to know

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience with a starting range between $30,212 – 38,833.
