We invite you to join our Adjunct Faculty in the Master of Business Administration program. To teach in our program, you must have a terminal degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. We are searching for instructors who can teach courses in bank regulation and risk and capital management in banks.

Note: This part-time Adjunct Faculty position will be teaching 4-week online courses.

Essential Job Duties: 

  • Lead classroom sessions on-site and/or online according to university policies
  • Provide expertise in assigned content area by maintaining current knowledge in the field
  • Respond to student needs in a timely fashion or typically within 48 hours
  • Provide substantive feedback to students, grade assignments, and post grades
  • Participate in online class discussion boards
  • Emphasize student-centered learning by promoting student inquiries and encouraging participation in their own learning
  • Maintain a positive, safe, student-centric learning environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or DBA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior-level role in banking
  • 5+ years’ experience in teaching finance
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Physical Demands/Environment:¿ 

  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer terminal and requires color vision and depth perception. The work is performed in an office environment and outside the office as necessary.
