The budgeted annual salary that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $41,695 – $48,008.

  • Serves as primary advisor for undergraduate honors program students.
  • Assists with courses recommendations and developing academic plans of study that aligns with the students’ goals.
  • Maintain advising notes and degree plans within CRM.

  • Four (4) years of related experience if substituting education requirement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree
  • Relevant part- or full-time work experience in a higher education context, specifically in an advising or student-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills including public speaking.
Physical / Environmental Qualifications
  • Remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
  • Ability to prep for and attend meetings and events across campus in various weather conditions
  • Wrist and hand movement related to computer work
