An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Work-Based Learning Administrator within our Schools, Training and Work-Based Learning Team. The role will involve providing the business and administrative support for the successful delivery of training and work-based learning activities within the faculty. The majority of the workload will comprise managing the day-to-day running of the faculty’s training courses delivered to external clients, students and staff, and the faculty’s work-based learning activities. In addition to this, there will also be elements of support required for colleagues in the academic division in terms of their delivery and in line with the requirements of the accrediting body.

We are seeking an experienced administrator with a proven track record of providing an effective service to customers and other internal and external stakeholders and preferably some knowledge of FE and/or HE in Scotland. To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a good general standard of education and ideally be qualified to HNC/D level or equivalent. A good knowledge of IT software, particularly Microsoft Office is also essential.

This is a full-time, permanent role.
