As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our Domestic Student Recruitment Team as a Student Recruitment Officer on a permanent basis.

As our Student Recruitment Officer, you will be helping us deliver our recruitment strategy working with key Schools and Colleges in delivering talks, fairs and sessions to highlight why The University of Law is the right choice for students.
The Role:
The Student Recruitment Officer will assist the Student Recruitment Manager with developing and implementing the regional strategy and the achievement of student recruitment KPIs through:
- Events Programme – the organisation and execution of an extensive regional events programme. Preparation and delivery of presentations at HE institutions, schools and colleges and ULaw centres to promote the University.
- Lead Generation – engaging with prospective students to meet demanding lead generation targets.
- Managing Relationships – building and maintaining relationships within Universities, Schools and Colleges within a specific geographical region
- Conversion - development and delivery of activities to support conversion, and the ‘rollover’ of existing ULaw students.
Assist with delivery and management of the events programme:
- Delivery of presentations and workshops at Universities, Schools and Colleges and ULaw campuses
- Participate in the organisation and implementation of Open Days and other ULaw hosted events
- Support and attendance at careers fairs and other regional recruitment and conversion initiatives
- Support the organisation and briefing of staff, student ambassadors and professionals attending events.
We are looking for people who are/have:
- Experience of delivering presentations and interactive workshops to a wide range of audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with university, colleagues and stakeholders from different disciplines and at al level
- Able to articulate and able to reach across people from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures
- Experience of working within schools, further education, or higher educatio
- Excellent level of oral written and presentation communication skills
