We are seeking a passionate, proactive and results-oriented individual to play a key role in shaping the marketing communication plans and delivering campaigns, content and activities for our diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs for the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing (FEHW). You will work closely with faculty recruitment staff, academic teams, and marketing colleagues to develop and deliver targeted campaigns that attract high-quality applicants and drive student enrolment.

About the Team

Our Marketing team, part of our Marketing, Communications and Digital Services Directorate is a diverse and supportive group of individuals who are passionate about promoting our university and attracting new potential students to university. The Marketing Team is led by our Deputy Director, Brand and Marketing. You would be directly reporting to the Campaigns and Digital Marketing Manager and supporting the management of your faculty Graduate intern Content Creator. You will work alongside two other Faculty Marketing Officers. Other members of the team you will directly work with are; the Communications and Content Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Manager, Creative Services Manager, Graphic Designers and Copy Writers. You will have access to the support of the wider directorates team of Web Developers, Social and PR professionals, all working together to support brand development and student recruitment. 

What You'll Do:

  • Your professional manner will instil confidence in faculty colleagues who will be your key clients.
  • Collaborate with faculty and marketing teams to create compelling content and materials including website content, videos and photography, adverts for a range of marketing channels.
  • Maintain and enhance the faculty's online presence by optimising website sections and leveraging external channels effectively.
  • Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to refine plans and maximise ROI.
  • Track campaign performance using the CRM system and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage the photographic and film library and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to broader university marketing initiatives by collaborating with colleagues in Recruitment.
  • Planning, organisational and communication skills will be the key to your success in the role.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience working in integrated brand marketing teams.
  • Client Management Experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and its application to communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in IT tools like MS Office, Teams, CMS and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional presentation abilities.
  • A positive and collaborative work ethic with a commitment to equality and diversity.
