Registered Veterinary Nurse (Equine)

We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Registered Veterinary Nurse with experience in equine nursing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team across our Medicine, Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue Services within The (RD)SVS Equine Hospital.

The Opportunity:

The post-holder will join a team of six nurses, with responsibilities including theatre nursing for both standing and surgeries performed under general anaesthesia, support in lameness investigations, advanced diagnostic imaging and stock control. The post-holder will work independently to organise and prioritise daily/weekly workload and will contribute to teaching veterinary students. Out of hours working may be required.

RVN is essential but not necessarily in equine, we require a competent horse handler, along with excellent nursing and interpersonal skills.
