The Admissions team are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Senior Admissions Officer to join our Undergraduate Admissions Team.

The post holder will act as the main point of contact for the school of Social Science and Humanities (SSH) and deputise for the Undergraduate Admissions Manager, including planning key conversion events and making decisions on complex applications.

You will be responsible for the assessment and processing of undergraduate applications and for ensuring that applicants receive accurate and timely responses to enquiries during all stages of the application process. As part of the Undergraduate Admissions Team, you will help to ensure that the undergraduate applicant journey is efficient, student focused, and maximises application-enrolment conversions. 

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in higher education admissions and of supporting recruitment/conversion activities such as Applicant Visit Days/ Admissions Interviews. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to proactively resolve problems is essential for this role.

This is an agile working role which enables flexibility to work from home and on campus.

This role is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
