An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Careers and Placements department at Aston University as Student Engagement Officer. Reporting to the Student Engagement Manager, you are responsible for supporting the successful implementation and effective delivery of Careers and Placements student-facing communication and marketing activities, with emphasis on creative content and return on investment. The role's responsibilities focus primarily on student engagement surrounding the postgraduate and international student experience, and you will use your communications skills and knowledge to support students and stakeholders in this area.

We are looking for an individual who is educated to a Degree level or equivalent and who is passionate about marketing, with excellent communication skills and a desire to make a difference for our students and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to show the full range of your creativity and bring to life your ideas in this exciting and dynamic role.

The role is based on a hybrid model of working on campus where necessary and from home otherwise and will continue this way for the foreseeable future.
