We are looking for someone with a natural energy and enthusiasm to be part of our finance & administration team, who is down-to-earth with excellent inter-personal, organisational and communication skills who has the ability to maintain financial procedures and have proven administrative capabilities. 

The position will liaise closely with the Hotel Financial Controller ensuring that the invoicing, reporting, reconciliation & analysis is completed in a timely and accurate manner, whilst also assisting the senior management team with administration duties 

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a finance or business administration role and be able to demonstrate that you can work productively & effectively to deadlines and have a flexible working approach. 

Located in Birmingham City Centre, Conference Aston is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aston University with a large conference hotel offering 163 modern hotel bedrooms, 19 meeting rooms and conference suites for up to 220 delegates, a 400-seated restaurant with private dining rooms, lounge, and bar.

The position will be in the main working from Monday to Friday and will primarily be office based at Conference Aston however there may be the possibility to incorporate part dynamic working.
