We are seeking two highly motivated candidates to be part of a high quality, customer focused IT Helpdesk Service.
You will have experience of delivering front-line support to users with a wide range of IT abilities. Technical duties include; diagnosing issues, remote installation of software, configuration of IT equipment and user management. You will also provide general advice and guidance on a range of IT products and services. Experience of supporting students and/or staff in an academic or study skills environment would be an advantage for this role.
Educated to GCSE or an equivalent level, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You will have the confidence to interact with customers both face to face and remotely via the telephone or video call. In addition, you must be able to work independently with good attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of shaping your work in a fast moving environment.
