Overview of the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with an interest in equality and inclusion who would like to build on their existing project management experience.

We are looking for a Project Officer to join us who will play a key role in gathering, analysing and interpreting staff and student data, documenting the impacts of actions and policies and contributing to writing the Athena Swan award submission. The Athena SWAN Charter encourages and recognises organisations’ commitment to advancing gender equality in higher education.

You will play a key role in managing the Faculty’s Athena SWAN project work, supporting the Academic Lead and relevant committees and working across the Faculty’s schools and centres to coordinate the production of the submission.
