The School of Politics and International Relations is recruiting a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant to teach on the module POLI1027 'International Politics of the Asia-Pacific' in the spring semester.

The post is to cover 2 seminar groups for the spring semester, with preparation time, all associated marking and hold office hours with students.

The total amount of hours for the post for the semester is 184, which equates to an average per week of 8.36hrs (0.23FTE).

Please also note that any successful candidate will have to:

1.            Have completed at least four training units of teacher training from the university’s central short courses offering.

2.            Have passed their first annual review.

3.            Have their primary supervisor’s approval to undertake teaching.
