Location: University Park
We are seeking an Associate Director to be responsible for the development and implementation of frameworks and services to enable the design of outstanding curriculum, and enhancement teaching and learning practice. The role is positioned within the Curriculum Nottingham Strategic Change Programme, to provide faculty facing services; realising strategic ambitions for distinctive, globally appealing and inclusive education.
We are looking for a colleague who has the knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to understand and respond to the needs of faculties and academic teams, and lead across the university to enhance curriculum design and practice. Recent and sustained experience of educational development in the context of transforming curriculum and practice in a complex organisation is essential. You will lead a team of Educational Developers and be accountable for delivery of an impactful development programme to benefit academics and achieve the goals of the strategic programme.
This is a collaborative leadership role. You will work across the university, and with external networks, to enhance the curriculum and education experience for the university’s diverse student population.

The post is offered on a fixed term contract for 1 year and 4 months. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 30 hours per week).
