Working as part of the Management Administration Support Service (MASS) in the School of Languages, Cultures & Societies you will be a highly motivated and experienced administrator who will play an important role providing comprehensive, administrative and professional support to the School Manager. You will also work closely with the School Manager and MASS team to proactively undertake management administration duties to ensure the MASS office provides a professional, responsive and efficient service at all times.

With experience of working in an administrative role in a large complex organisation, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and suggest improvements to the service provided. Working independently as needed, you will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. You will work collaboratively with other colleagues across the University and beyond to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to facilitate continuous improvement.
