The Law School is seeking to appoint a fixed-term LSE Fellow. The fellowship is restricted to the area of Medical Law with capability to teach in IT Law. The successful candidate may also be asked to teach on one of the undergraduate core Law courses (Public Law, Contract Law, Tort, Criminal Law and Property).
The objective of the Fellowship is to provide a development opportunity for those who have exceptional potential in legal research and scholarship. During the three-year appointment, the LSE Fellow will have the opportunity to develop their teaching experience, as well as their research trajectory. Fellows are expected to contribute to class teaching on the undergraduate degree programme and other teaching on the undergraduate or postgraduate programme as may be appropriate.
Candidates should have a PhD in Law, or be close to completing one, by the post start date. In addition, you will have research expertise in the area of Medical Law with potential to develop a body of high-quality publications in peer-reviewed journals and potential to develop a national/international reputation for research in the area of your expertise.
