We are looking for a proactive, flexible individual with proven technical ability and a passion for good customer service to deliver an exceptional digital library experience for our customers.

Working as part of the Library Systems Team, you will identify, develop, and support a range of customer-focused digital solutions that underpin the university's learning, teaching and research remit.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at the Lanchester Library and across the University Group will be key to delivering those solutions. A flair for design to create attractive user-centric services will also be important.
