The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will undertake teaching duties in Mechanical Engineering.  They will also carry out research in Energy Systems Economics, Management, Optimisation and Modelling, within the Institute of Energy Systems at the University of Edinburgh.

This role is UE08/UE09 and is available on a full-time, open-ended contract. The level of appointment for the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer post will be determined by the selection panel.

The University is able to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role.  If successful, an international applicant requiring sponsorship to work in the UK will need to satisfy the UK Home Office’s English Language requirements and apply for and secure a Skilled Worker Visa.
