School of Law and Politics

Cardiff Professional Legal Studies (CPLS) is the department within the School of Law and Politics which currently offers the Graduate Diploma in Law, Legal Practice Course and Bar Training Course - postgraduate routes to professional qualification for solicitors and barristers. Cardiff University is the only Russell Group University to offer all of these courses. CPLS also provides nationwide assessment of Duty Solicitors, Police Station Representatives, and expert witnesses.
