We are looking for a talented individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner. Working onsite and at home, you will work closely with senior management in the Professional Services and the central HR function to provide leadership and operational management to deliver a professional HR service. You will help shape, guide and deliver professional strategic HR advice and support, fully participating in decisions concerning strategic development, implementation, change management and organisational effectiveness.  

You will be an experienced senior HR professional, acknowledged for successfully leading HR projects, facilitating changes positively, with a strategic mind-set and the ability to lead your team in supporting complex cases and delivering HR excellence. You will be CIPD qualified with recent, demonstrable knowledge and experience of employment legislation and practice and an individual who enjoys helping to enhance management capabilities.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and fixed-term.

Salary: £59,421 per annum (Grade 8).
