About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and research-driven Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Biosciences to join either our Department of Biochemistry or our Department of Biology, depending on their research focus. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong publication record and a keen interest in establishing their research group in this discipline.

About You

The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to contribute to AI in the Biosciences or related aspects of Computational Biology. We encourage applications from excellent candidates with interests across the spectrum of Biosciences, including Biomedicine. The successful applicant will further develop our research strengths in AI and Computational Biology and will contribute to the development and delivery of a new MSc programme in AI in the Biosciences. Teaching responsibilities will be reduced for the first two years while the post holder establishes their research
