About the Role

The Communications Manager (International) works across the Communications team and the Global Engagement Office, and is responsible for leading the strategic approach to communications for Queen Mary’s international public profile.

About the Department

The External Relations Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audiences, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.

About You

You will have extensive experience at a senior level of leading the development and delivery of impactful international communications activities and campaigns in a busy, large and complex organisation. You will bring to this dynamic role exemplary skills in communications and stakeholder engagement, a keen news sense and a deep understanding of the national and international media landscape, emerging trends, and the development of content and channels for key markets and audiences.
