Churchill College has a vacancy in its Food & Beverage team for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who will be responsible for maintaining food and beverage standards, delivering service improvements, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and building a positive and engaging culture for both employees and guests.
The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, whilst working collaboratively with other departments and key contacts behind the scenes. Previous line management is essential, as you will manage a team of permanent and casual staff, ensuring rotas are set on a weekly basis which strike a good work-life balance.
Full time hours are available, working on a rota 10 days over 14, with some weekend working required.
