About the Role
This is a maternity cover, and the main purpose of the role is to provide the administration for clinical placement processes across all years of the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Programme delivered by the Institute of Health Education, within the Faculty of Medicine. You will be working in partnership with NHS Trusts, with a focus on high quality communication and support for our learners. You will be a key member of the Placements Unit, working closely with the other Programme Administrators. The post reports to the Deputy Placements Manager.
About You
Previous experience in Higher Education will be advantageous. A proven record of organizational and communication skills are essential, together with a high level of analytical, numerical and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organization and time-management skills. This role demands the holder to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a strong teamwork ethic.
