We seek to appoint a new College Registrar with outstanding leadership skills, proven strategic management experience, and the confidence and vision to lead the College’s operations and services and provide outstanding support to the academic business. The Registrar is a core member of the College’s senior management team, playing a key role in the governance and management of the wider College and University.

Creating a positive and collegiate environment, you will provide overall strategic leadership of the College’s operations and services to support the development of the College’s strategy and to enable it to achieve and evaluate its objectives. You will lead the Colleges’ professional services teams and will provide support and advice to the Head of College. You will lead complex change and drive continuous service improvement. As an ambassador for the College and University, you will develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, while encouraging a culture of open communication, where all students and members of staff are engaged and their contributions are encouraged and valued.
