We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie to join our busy Catering Department. Working as part of a professional team, you will prepare and deliver high-quality food for students, staff, Fellows, conference guests, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste.
• Support menu development and seasonal menu updates.
• Work closely with the wider catering team to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, allergen, and sustainability policies.
About You
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised, and customer-focused.
