Job Purpose:
The Assistant Records Manager will support the Records Manager in the efficient management of university records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and university policies. This role will involve assisting with the development and implementation of records management procedures, providing training and support to staff, and overseeing the retention and disposal of records.
This role will particularly focus on the management of data in University electronic systems, including mapping and surveying these systems and applying disposition and data minimisation policies to them.
