Salary:  £44,263 to £56,021 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Academic and Professional Tutor to work on a temporary basis with the Doctorate in Applied Educational Psychology (Professional Training) Programme. The initial role is for 6 months, but there is a possibility of an extension to this period based on the needs of the programme. 

The Academic and Professional Tutor (APT) role involves contributing to all aspects of course management, delivery and development. This includes participating in module planning and teaching, tutorial and placement support, research supervision and the assessment of trainee performance. 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced HCPC registered practicing Educational Psychologists who have a strong record of effective professional practice, as well as a good knowledge and awareness of current training issues and a proven track record of high-quality supervision and management support.

This is a fixed term, part time (14.5 hours per week) post available for 6 months.
