An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO), working with Programme and Project Managers, at a time when transformation is a key strategic priority for the University.

You will be a key member of the team, leading on initiation and delivery of business -critical improvement projects. You will be proactive in the identification and management of stakeholders, as well as working collaboratively with other functions such as Digital Services and Estates. As well as supporting existing projects, you will assist a culture of transformation, to develop value discovery, value delivery and value realisation through the Transformation Management Office, and across the University.   

You will have a recognised project management qualification, and a successful track record in managing projects in complex organisations. You will have experience in engaging and managing stakeholders and show leadership and influencing skills. You will be an excellent communicator and able to think and act within a strategic context.
