An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO), working with Project Managers and Communications and Engagement colleagues, at a time when transformation is a key strategic priority for the University.

You will be a key member of the team, working with key stakeholders across the University. You will build relationships, understand and analyse complex problems, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and determine solutions through new, or modified processes. Focused on benefits realisation through transition requirements and collaboration, you will be driven to achieving positive outcomes and delivering value for all stakeholders and beneficiaries. 

 You will be educated to degree level and have experience in working on large scale projects throughout their lifecycle. You will understand strategic drivers and be able to translate these to business need, whilst assessing and evaluating the impact of any potential changes. You will be familiar with project methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and relevant tools and techniques. You will also have experience of stakeholder management and facilitation, as well as producing relevant outputs such as feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, business cases and options appraisals.
