An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly-organised, self-motivated individual to provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Senior Management Team within the Estates & Capital Development Department.

The role involves a wide range of administrative support, including organising meetings, diary and e-mail management, visitor liaison,  providing a fully confidential service.

The post holder should have relevant PA and administrative experience, and should demonstrate a clear understanding of the role to senior managers. They should also have excellent IT skills, combined with a friendly discreet and confidential manner, strong customer service focus along with the ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external contacts at various levels.
