The Mobility Office of the Registrar’s Office at EPFL is looking for a :
STUDENT MOBILITY COORDINATOR 100%
Each year, EPFL welcomes students from all over the world, whether for an academic exchange, for a Master's project or for other laboratory projects. The Mobility Office is looking for an administrative specialist for the management of exchange students.
Main duties and responsibilities include :
- Administrative management of students coming for an academic exchange for courses at the Bachelor and Master level (Incoming)
- Organisation of welcome events for Incoming students
- Support of the Mobility Office (processing of applications, receipt of grant contracts, payment of grants, etc.)
- Answering questions from universities, students, laboratories and other internal services
Your profile :
- CFC commercial employee or equivalent
- Autonomy in the management of files
- Strong sense of priorities and respect for deadlines
- Strong sense of public service
- International outlook and intercultural sensitivity
- Ability to work in a team, strong collaboration skills and good interpersonal skills
- Structured, organised and versatile personality
- Very good command of French and English (C1)
- Excellent command of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
