Under the supervision of the Head of Legal services for the Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs (VPA) and in close collaboration with EPFL researchers, you will focus on legal and contractual matters related to research projects, collaborations with academic partners or companies, use of research infrastructure and technology transfer.
As a legal counsel for research, you will be in charge of drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with public funding agencies, not-for-profit entities or industrials. You will ensure compliance of those agreements with applicable laws and EPFL policies and provide legal assistance to EPFL researchers and management, in connection with research and technology transfer related matters.
