Your mission :
Seeking a geomechanics expert for groundbreaking research at EPFL's Laboratory of Soil Mechanics. Drive innovation in underground thermal energy storage and other geo-energy advancements.


Main duties and responsibilities include :
  • Develop and execute research projects focused on the mechanics of geomaterials in the context of geo-energy applications, such as underground thermal energy storage.
  • Explore innovative solutions for improving the efficiency and safety of geo-energy systems.
  • Utilize and advance computational modeling tools to simulate the behavior of geomechanical systems under various conditions
