Lecturer Position in Computer Science

Your mission :

The School of Computer and Communication Sciences is looking for a full-time lecturer position in Computer Science.
The steady increase of the number of students at EPFL calls for a reinforcement of our teaching team, both for classes taught to Computer Science students, but also and mainly for Computer Science courses taught to all sections at EPFL.

Main duties and responsibilities include :

• 80% teaching of two courses per semester (including at least one first year course (in avg. 300 students) per semester). The courses are given in French. 
• 20% possibility of conducting an independent research project

Your profile :

• PhD in Computer Science or in a related field
• Proficiency in the following programming languages: C/C++ and Python
• Proficiency in French and English
• With a prior teaching experience (ideally at a university level)
