Your mission :
Our research focuses on the study and treatment of metabolic diseases. Obesity, gut microbiome, hepatic steatosis, and liver cancer are our main areas of research. Your mission will be to contribute to overall lab maintenance and to provide a technical support in these different research projects.
Main duties and responsibilities include :
- You will order common lab material
- You will be responsible of the laboratory safety (CoSec)
- You will participate in the setting and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- You will participate to the genotype organization and maintenance of our different mouse lines
- You will perform experiments on rodents (mice and rats)
- You will assist the researchers on diverse tasks related to molecular and cellular biology as well as pharmacology
Your profile :
- CFC biology laboratory technician, biology technician or medical laboratory technician diploma
- Sense of responsibility, motivation and good adaptability within an international team
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of current computer software (MS-Office)
- Experience in molecular biology, cell biology, animal physiology would be a plus
