The Institute of Molecular and Clinical Ophthalmology Basel (IOB) seeks a highly motivated and qualified Head of Human Resources as of 1 July 2024 or per agreement.
IOB is an international research institute combining basic and clinical research. Its mission is to drive innovations in understanding vision and its diseases and to develop new therapies for vision loss. It is a place where your expertise will be valued, your abilities challenged, and your knowledge expanded.
As Head of Human Resources, you will lead IOB's HR function and implement and execute all HR-related matters. In addition, you carry the overall responsibility for IOB's Ph.D. Program, supported by a program manager, and you act as the institute's Ombudsperson.
