You will receive the required confirmation letters via the approval process in AVA, the third-party funding platform of UZH.

You can log in to the platform with your UZH login (shortname and password).

If you do not (yet) have a UZH login, an administrative employee of the host institute can enter the project data in AVA (see note under "Applicant" in AVA) and then send you the confirmation letters.

Alternatively, a guest UZH login can be requested via the IT support staff of the institute.

Please enter your project data on AVA and start the approval process no later than October 20, 2023, so that you receive your documents in time.

Once the approval process has gone through, you will be able to download the two confirmation letters as PDFs.
