The National Center of Competence in Research NCCR Catalysis (www.nccr-catalysis.ch ) aims to develop skills, tools, and technologies that facilitate the transition towards a carbon neutral and waste-free chemical industry. Jointly led by ETH Zurich and EPFL, the network is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation  and currently comprises ten universities, two research institutes and an industrial partner with over 250 members.

The NCCR Catalysis Project Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the team.


Job description

In this role, your main tasks will be to support the Program Coordinator with:

  • Planning and organization of events.
  • Preparing user-friendly templates and making documents uniform.
  • Reporting and community management tasks.

Your profile

You are experienced in collecting and summarizing information and preparing in-person and virtual events. You have excellent MS Office skills, are experienced in working across multiple platforms and tools, and have an eye for detail. As a proactive individual with a team-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills you are confident in executing the activities described above. A very good command of English and German is essential. A good command of French is not conditional, but would be a plus.
