First.- Start the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Senior Laboratory Research Scientist, in accordance withthecriteria,requirements, and selection system that is set in the document hereto annexed.

Skills/Qualifications

Recording and handling of biological samples (SP, MO, lymph nodes, paraffins,
cerebrospinal fluid).
Extraction, storage and quantification of DNA, circulating DNA, RNA, cDNA,
serum, plasma.
Performance of PCRs.
Preparation of packages for sending samples to other centres.

Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with aresidence and work permit in Spain.
2. be in possession a degree in Senior Laboratory Research Scientist.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all thosethat demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be carried out andthe assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successfulcandidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. In case of non-compliancewith the requirements, the next candidate will be contacted in order of score.

Benefits

- Type of contract:
Indefinite-term contract (art 23. Bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
Full time: 35 hours.
- Financial remuneration:
1,576.27 euros gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
- Research project:
EECC- Haematology Unit.
- Work centre:
CAUSA, Haematology Service, Molecular Biology Unit and HLA.

Eligibility criteria

1. Valoración curricular de méritos y capacidades (0-22 puntos)
a) Experiencia (0-20 puntos) en:
Experiencia previa en laboratorio de hematología.
Conocimiento de la patología hematológica para registro de muestras.
Manipulación de muestras biológicas (SP, MO, ganglios, parafinas, líquido
cefalorraquídeo).
Extracción y almacenamiento de ADN, ARN, cDNA, ADN circulante, suero,
plasma (Ficoll, extractores automáticos, columnas…).
Extracción de ADN circulante (bomba de vacío y/o QIACUBE).
Cuantificación de ADN y ARN (Nanodrop, Qubit y Tapestation).
PCR, RQ-PCR y análisis de fragmentos.
b) Certificado de discapacidad (0-2 puntos)
2. Entrevista personal: (0-20 puntos).

Selection process

The selection process is governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit, and ability,constitutingtheeffect one selecting body composed of representatives of the group of research and of theTechnical Unitofmanagement of IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basis ofbetter adaptationof the Curriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest marks in Phase 1 will be invited toapply,providedthat their marks in Phase 1 exceed one half plus one. The Selection Board may propose thatthecall forapplications be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.

Publication of the resolution on the admission of applications with the list of persons admitted andnotadmittedaccording to minimum requirements and granting of a period of 5 calendar days for thepresentationofallegations.

Publication of the resolution with the detailed provisional ranking and granting of a period of 5calendardaysfor the presentation of allegations.

Publication of the final resolution with the final ranking and the Act of awarding of the placewithinfifteenworking days from the deadline for submission of applications.
