The purpose of this contract is collaboration in the research activities carried out within the project with reference 0073_AOWINDE_1_E.
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
The main tasks of the contractor will be related to collaborating in the following activities:
1) Creation of a cross-border Observatory of “Emerging Technologies”; Virtual simulation pilot for a cross-border park installation where the value chain is completed with agents from the Euroregion.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract will be for a defined duration, in accordance with applicable legislation, the end of which is scheduled for 11/30/2025.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.- Every applicant must comply with the following requirements within the application submission period and maintain them during the validity of the contract:
a) Have Spanish nationality or any other nationality to which State regulations attribute equal rights for employment purposes in the Public Administration.
b) Have the required qualifications and meet the other requirements indicated in the call.
c) Have turned sixteen years of age and have not exceeded, where applicable, the maximum age for forced retirement.
d) Possess the functional capacity necessary to perform the corresponding functions or tasks described in the report.
e) Not having been separated through disciplinary proceedings from the service of any Public Administration or from the constitutional or statutory bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor being in a situation of absolute or special disqualification for employment or public office by court order, to access the body or public official level or to perform functions similar to those performed, in which said person has been separated or disqualified. In the case of being a national of another State, it will be required that the applicant is not disqualified or in an equivalent situation, nor has he or she been subject to a disciplinary sanction or equivalent that prevents, in his or her State, under the same terms, access to public employment.
2.- The hiring of foreigners from non-EU countries, which will be formalized for the sole purpose of carrying out research or technical tasks, will require the presentation, at the time of signing the contract, of the residence and work authorization or accreditation of the concurrence of the cause of exception of said authorization, in accordance with Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain, and their social integration and applicable regulatory provisions.

Eligibility criteria
Having completed a degree or master's degree in the field of Engineering and in the field of education will be positively valued. Likewise, previous experience in the following will be positively valued:
- Development of research activities in the field of renewable energies and other closely related disciplines.
- Development of research activities in the field of digital twin and logistics.
- Dissemination activities in the sector. The merits claimed by the participants will have to be documented and fulfilled by the end of the application submission period. Only merits related to the profile of the place will be valued. The place will be vacated if no candidate reaches a minimum of 30 points according to the following scale.
o Qualification required. The average grade (Royal Decree 1125/2003) of the degree required to qualify for the position will be evaluated, up to 30 points, according to the following table and linearly interpolating for grades that are not integers:
▪ Average mark: 10 or equivalent ---- 30 points
▪ Average mark: 9 or equivalent ---- 25 points
▪ Average mark: 8 or equivalent ---- 20 points
▪ Average mark: 7 or equivalent ---- 15 points
▪ Average mark: 6 or equivalent ---- 10 points
▪ Average mark: 5 or equivalent ---- 5 points
▪ Average mark: 4 or equivalent ---- 0 points
That is, the score, P, in this section, would be a function of the average grade of the file, C, (in the range of 0 to 10), to be calculated using the formula: P = 5 · max. { 0 , C-4 } If the degree provided belongs to the field of Engineering, it will be fully valued. If it belongs to any other field, it will be valued with 5% of the qualification obtained according to its average grade.
o Level C2 of English 20 points, level C1 15 points, level B2 10 points.
o Additional specific training related to the specific profile for which you are applying: up to 25 points.
▪ Master's degree related to the profile of the position, up to 10 points, according to the average grade of the academic record.
▪ Master's final project or Science Project related to the profile of the position, up to 10 points.
▪ Courses related to the position profile: 1 point for every 100 hours, up to 5 points. o Specific experience (previous positions, R&D projects, etc.) related to the specific profile for which you are applying: 15 points.
▪ Experience in previous positions related to the purpose of the contract: 5 points per year up to 10 points.
▪ Previous experience in the development of R&D projects in the field of the contract: 5 points for a European project, 4 for a state project and 3 for a regional project (up to 10 points).
Experience in scientific publications and research production related to the subject of the contract up to 10 points.
▪ Only published articles related to the subject of the position that are published in JCR magazines will be valued (5 points per article Q1, 4 for Q2, 2 for Q3 and 1 for Q4).
o Personal interview (remote): the suitability of the curriculum vitae to the job position will be assessed. Up to 20 points.
The three candidates with the highest scores in the previous items will be interviewed. Failure to appear at the interview will be cause for the exclusion of the summoned candidate.
Candidates will be called for the interview at least 48 hours in advance.
