DeustoTech - Deusto Institute of Technology (http://deustotech.deusto.es/) is the technological research centre at the University of Deusto, located on the Bilbao campus, whose mission is to promote research, training and knowledge transfer at the service of society and industry. DeustoTech is currently involved in 18 European projects (H2020 and Horizon Europe), and fosters a creative and challenging environment with international researchers and PhD students.

We seek a researcher with experience in the area Environment and Sustainability to drive and lead international projects, coordinating multidisciplinary and diverse teams, collaborating with leading partners, and significantly contributing to scientific progress in this field.

The activities to be carried out include:

  • Identify research opportunities and trends in the IT field for the improvement of the environment and sustainability.
  • Draw up and design national and international project proposals.
  • Lead the implementation of projects by coordinating multidisciplinary work teams.
  • Establish links and collaborate with other national and international public and private entities.
  • Promote the scientific dissemination of research results and their transfer to society and industry.
