Offer Description

• Support the coordination, implementation, and management of the NeurotechEU project under the guidance of the principal investigator of the project.
• Monitor tasks and activities included in the NeurotechEU project, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the way they are done.
• Monitor the degree to which the technical objectives of the project advance and are reached, as well as monitor the administrative-financial, communication, risk, and resource management activities.
• Apply the system for monitoring the progress of the work completed, including control of deliverables and documentation.
• Coordination with the different work groups and subgroups involved in the project.
• Coordination of internal communication (UMH project team) and that with the consortium.
• Preparation of communications, meeting agendas, presentations, and documents to ensure a flow of information between the people involved in the project.
• Support management of project documentation, both in deliverables as well as that necessary for the planned project reports.
• Prepare documents for the justification and generation of intermediate and final reports.
• Support the preparation of new funding opportunities for the sustainability of the project, in conjunction with the remaining university partners.
• Support the quality control system of the project.
• Coordinate administrative tasks of the project.

Other activities related with the project, aiming to ensure its proper execution.
