Senior Manager (NUSOne)

NUSOne is a new initiative with the objective to integrate formal and informal curricula to provide a holistic university experience.  NUSOne will broaden the students’ overall experience as it expands their exposure beyond knowledge mastery in an academic discipline to include Student Life activities and other informal curricula.   

We are looking at a suitably qualified candidate to join the NUSOne team under the Associate Provost (Integrated Education).

•    Lead the planning, design and development of T.H.E NUSOne Transition Programme in collaboration with subject matter experts
•    Oversee the smooth implementation of T.H.E NUSOne Transition Programme 
•    Review and evaluate T.H.E NUSOne Transition Programme and recommend enhancements for its subsequent rollout
•    Engage with students and identify relevant areas of personal development and growth for students to pursue
•    Lead the evaluation of the NUSOne initiative to identify areas of enhancement

•    A good bachelor’s degree with at least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the higher education sector
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
•    Good project or programme management skills and organisational skills
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and interact effectively with all stakeholders within and outside the organisation
