Job Description
1. Strategic Partnership Network
• Manage current BAC partner network effectively
• Engage with new industry companies and universities to understand their requirements and find out the potential collaboration opportunities to expand BAC partner network
• Able to interact effectively with different levels of our industry partners (e.g. C-level executives, mid-level managers, and detailed operational staffs, etc.) to build up trusted partnership between BAC and the industry companies
• Lead the collaboration with overseas industries and academic partners
• Work with center public relations (PR) staffs to develop an enviable public image for BAC
2. Global University Programme Ranking
• Work with BAC Directors to make plans for the annual global university programme ranking, e.g. QS ranking, THE ranking, etc.
• Coordinate the resources required for the global university programme ranking
• Prepare and submit the required documents for the global university programme ranking
3. Industry Capstone Internship Project
• Work with BAC Co-Director to plan the annual capstone internship projects for students in the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) programme
• Work with BAC Directors to invite industry thought leaders to deliver industry seminars or workshops at the NUS campus
• Coordinate with industry partners for student interviews and onboarding sessions
Qualifications
• University degree holder with at least 8 years of working experience in related areas
• Analytics knowledge and background is a plus
• Proven working experience in business development, industry relationship management and other related areas
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Good project management skills
• Able to confidently deal with different level of staffs from the industry and academia
• Willing to go the 'extra mile'
