Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Dr Liu Boxiang on single-cell sequencing under a project on single-cell sequencing of adipose from type-2 diabetes patients.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
• Single-cell library preparation and sequencing
• Bioinformatics analysis of single-cell RNA-seq data
Qualifications
• Qualifications / Discipline: BSc or MSc degree in a relevant discipline (including biology, computer science, statistics, genomics, bioinformatics, drug design, etc.)
• Skills: Single-cell library preparation, RNA-seq, bioinformatics, statistics
• Experience: Experience with wet lab and dry lab
