Short Description

The Campus Asset Management (CAM) division in University Campus Infrastructure strives to be the Center of Excellence in project and asset management, delivering quality and efficient services to the NUS community.
This role provides support in the procurement and contracts administration in the CAM division.


Job Description
  • Administering all new and existing contracts in CAM, which includes tracking contract validity to drawdown of Awarded Procurement Value (APV).
  • Following up with Contract Leads on timely renewal of contracts before their expiry and providing procedural advice where required.
  • Maintaining a master list of contracts awarded by CAM and ensuring it stays updated and accurate.
  • Coordinating the upload of contract catalogue in Facilities Management System (FMS), as well as University’s Electronic Procurement System (EPS)
  • Providing advice to colleagues on procurements matters, guided by University’s procurement policy and guidelines. 
  • Verifying the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) in EPS, and ensuring they are accurately and issued to vendors.
  • Seeing to the creation of new Vendor accounts for all newly awarded contracts and updating any changes of details.
  • Monitoring Performance Bond and insurance submitted by vendors and ensuring necessary safekeeping by the Central Procurement Office (CPO).
  • Any other duties as required by the Reporting Manager.
     

Qualifications
  • A good Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience. 
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Resourceful with good communication skills, and a team player.
